My Ethos of Care

I believe counselling is a sacred space, one where you can explore life’s challenges, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and feel supported as you move toward what matters most to you.

I work gently and collaboratively, with deep respect for how relationships, lived experience, and the systems around us shape the way we relate to ourselves, move through the world, and make meaning of our experiences.

My approach is deeply relational, grounded in intersectional, non-pathologizing and anti-oppressive frameworks that honour each person’s story, context and humanity.

At the heart of my work is the belief that healing begins in spaces where you feel met with compassion, curiosity, and care.

You do not have to keep carrying what has been too heavy for too long.

Who I Support

Caregiver Burnout & Stress:

I support adults and caregivers who are navigating anxiety, depression, chronic illness, compassion fatigue, burnout, and the emotional demands of caregiving. This includes individuals managing demanding careers, parenting stress, caregiving challenges, aging parents, and the cumulative pressures of daily life that can leave little room to care for themselves.

My therapy approach is immersive and collaborative in a supported setting for healing.

Relational Stress & Life Transitions

I also support individuals navigating relationship challenges, workplace stress, family strain, life transitions, and the lasting impact of earlier experiences that continue to shape self-worth, emotional patterns, and relationships in adulthood.

Many of the people I work with sense that something needs to shift. They are tired of carrying so much on their own and want to feel more grounded, clear, and connected to themselves. Together, we work toward greater self-understanding, emotional steadiness, and meaningful change.

I work collaboratively with clients as they navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and resilience.
