Are sessions covered by extended health benefits?
Many extended health benefit plans offer partial or full coverage for services provided by a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) or Registered Social Worker (RSW). Maryam holds both designations, which may be covered under your plan. It is the client’s responsibility to check with their insurance provider to confirm the specific details of their coverage and reimbursement options.
Do you offer direct billing to insurance companies?
We do not offer direct billing to insurance companies. However, after each session, the client’s credit card is charged and a detailed receipt is sent to the client, which you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
